🐞 Bug Fix: Attachments Now Carry Over When Cloning Estimates
We’ve resolved a recent issue where attachments were not carrying over when an estimate was cloned.
With this fix, all attachments from the original estimate will now correctly transfer to the cloned version, ensuring nothing is missed and saving you extra steps.
🐞 Bug Fix: Export Limit Increased for Customer Service Addresses
A recent fix has been implemented to allow you to export up to 200 service addresses per customer.
This update resolves previous export limitations and makes it easier to manage and report on customers with multiple service locations.
📢 Feature Update: Employee Schedule Filters Now Carry Over to Print
You now have the option to retain employee filters when printing the weekday schedule.
With this update, any employee filters applied while viewing the schedule will carry over to the printed version, making printed schedules more accurate and easier to share—without needing to reapply filters.

The Sales by Customer Source Report has been updated and will now allow you to export customers listed with no source.

You can now choose exactly where your markup applies — whether to services, materials, or products.
This update gives you greater control and accuracy when building your estimates.

📢 New Feature Alert: Auto Payments for Invoices!
We’re excited to announce that you can now enable Auto Payment on invoices when using Square as your payment processor. If your customer has a card saved on file, Markate can automatically process the payment for you!
Important Details:
Auto payments are processed at 12:00 PM.
For example, if you create an invoice today and have auto payments enabled, the payment will run automatically at 12:00pm. Another example is if you create an invoice after 12:00pm and the due date is that same day, automatic payment will process following day at 12:00pm
You can enable this feature by going to your Invoice Settings and turning on Automatic Payments.
You will see all auto payment activity on the desktop site under the “Payments Received” section.
If an automatic payment fails, you will receive an email notification so you can follow up with the customer as needed.

These reports give you valuable insight into older estimates and invoices and now include the option to export results into a new customer group or an existing group—making follow-ups and organization easier than ever.

📢 Feature Update: Improved Filter Behavior After Bulk Delete
We’ve enhanced the bulk delete experience!
Previously, after completing a filtered bulk delete, it would automatically return to an unfiltered results view. With this update, your filters will now remain applied after a bulk delete—allowing you to seamlessly continue reviewing or selecting the next set of filtered results without needing to reapply your filters.
