Canada Time Zone Update
November 4, 2026
Markate has been updated to follow the new year-round time rules in British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba. Your scheduled events now display the correct local times. No action is needed.
The affected Canadian time zones now show these offsets in Settings:
British Columbia — Pacific: UTC−7
Alberta — Mountain: UTC−6
Manitoba — Central: UTC−5
A small number of reminders for events after November 1 may have been sent one hour late before today’s update. This issue has been fixed.
Thank you for your patience.
