Subscription Refund Policy

Trial Period

During the 14 day free trial you aren’t required to provide any credit card information, therefore, you may cancel it anytime without having to incur any charges.

Monthly Subscriptions

No refund is available for monthly subscriptions, as you are on a pay as you go subscription.

You can switch to a yearly subscription at the end of your monthly subscription to receive the discounted rate.

If you add an employee at any point of your billing cycle, you will pay the full $5.00. Pricing will not be prorated. I you delete an employee, you won’t be charged for that employee starting the following month.

Yearly Subscriptions

No refund is available for yearly subscriptions, as you are receiving a discounted rate for paying for an annual subscription. You may switch to a monthly subscription at the end of your yearly subscription date, if that plan works better for your business.

If you add an employee during your yearly subscription, you will be charged $5.00 per employee multiplied by the number of months that remain in your yearly subscription. You will not be refunded for any employees you remove.


You may change to Recurring Payments (Auto-Renewal option) at any time, this ensures prevention of uninterrupted service. If you turn-off Auto-Renewal, your Credit Card will not be charged for subsequent months and your membership will be expired at the end of the current monthly/annual billing period. You may manually pay again when your subscription has expired for your monthly or yearly membership plan.


Deal Refund Policy

Deal Refunds

If you sign up for a Deal, you can cancel within 48 hours of signing up for the Deal and receive a full refund of the monthly Deal without any penalty. You will need to contact us directly during business hours at 480.360.1360 to process that refund.

No refund is available after 48 hours of signing up or monthly renewal of the Deal.

You may opt-in or opt-out of recurring payments (Auto-Renewal option) at any time. If you turn-off Auto-Renewal, your Credit Card will not be charged for subsequent months and your Deal will be ended at the end of the current month. You may manually restart the Deal and pay for the next month.
