    06 Sep, 2025 Rene and a tech did an initial mold remediation on July 17th. He had to do a follow up remediation on August 22nd on another area which was not done initially due to my instructions. He had to deal directly with the buyer of my condo and answer a number of questions. Rene is a pro in how he interacts with customers. He exudes confidence on his expertise and has a cool, calm, collected manner in dealing with challenging situations!

Job was completed within the time limit they said and everything was left cleaner than when they started. The whole team was awesome to work with and ver professional. They then came out the next day to complete the remediation and kept us informed as to what they were doing. Photos they supplied provided evidence of what was done. Both representatives of the company were polite, friendly, neat, and a pleasure to work with.
