    19 May, 2024 Great Job. On time and thorough. Our 15 year old metal roof had never been cleaned. Black mold on edges, ridges and valleys. We Had a pleasant experience with a detailed explanation of the service and an education on metal roofs. Highly recommend him. Thank you Dennis and Whitney.

    18 Dec, 2021 Dennis agreed to re-sand our paver driveway following four power washings for hydrolic fluid that leak from a delivery of roofing material by another contractor. Completed the entire driveway as well as part of the walkway into the back yard. Very pleased with his work, timeliness and attention to detail. Will call upon him again for his other services.

    26 Mar, 2021 Fantastic job! Turned our ugly brown and black roof to brand new condition! Wood siding was all cleaned up all the mold mildew everything is gone! Very good job and detailed. The new coating on the exterior looks wonderful! I would solidly recommend Elite! Great price for excellent work! Dennis is a fantastic person to work with! Definitely will have him back again. all our neighbors are even contacting him and having work done on their place now. Can't be happier!

    15 Dec, 2020 Would recommend Elite Exterior Cleaning & Maintenance and use his business again. Dennis responded immediately after contacting for an estimate. He was very efficient and informative during his review of the work to be done. He provided a written estimate of work to be done and warranty for his work. He scheduled a date for completion pending any weather delays. Since we were not present when the work was completed the invoice along with before and after photographs was provided by e-mail.

    08 Dec, 2020 This it the right company to use for presure washing and exterior home maintenance. We had the pressure washing (soft wash) done and then decided to hire them for staining not only our front and rear decks but both upper tongue and groove wood on the covered areas. They do a great job with attention to detail, and fair and honest prices. We would highly recommend this company !!!
