    20 Jul, 2023 Our air conditioning unit is currently under warranty (2 years left) and our unit blew up. We had been calling Ed for weeks on end, trying to get ahold of him. Kept getting the "we'll call you back", but never did. We were stuck with no air for weeks until we had to pay out of pocket for someone else to come fix our unit. We still have yet to receive a call back. DO NOT USE ED FOR ANY OF YOUR SERVICES. YOU WILL BE LEFT IN THE DUST AND PAYING OUT OF POCKET!.
