Hey , my name is Dan St Mary the owner of this company. I have lived on the north side of Chicago growing up in the lake view neighborhood at Grace and Ashland in the 70s. I went to St Andrews grade school and attended Gordon Tech high school. I started working in this business in 1984 for my uncle who taught me a lot about carpentry as we did many gut rehab projects for his clients. After a few summers working for my uncle, a friend asked if I new anything about electrical work I said sure a little and in 1989 I was asked to become an electricians helper for Dave Suarez of Suarez electric as he started up his business which still operates today as a union shop. In 1994 I started my own remodeling company and another friend stopped by my house and seen I was running my own business and said he was starting a development company and asked me to join up with him and we built a multi million dollar company building single family homes and multi unit condo buildings in the neighborhood we grew up in. In 2008 the banks pulled 8.5 million in loans and put us out of business.

Today I am a licensed electrician and general contractor. We perform all types of electrical work from replacing switches and outlets to complete electrical system installations. As a general contractor we install kitchens, bathrooms handle structural framing issues, decks, siding, doors windows, stone and ceramic tile, baseboards if you need work done on your home we can handle it for you. I get the job done right the first time or I don't do it, I wont cut corners to save you a buck because it will cost me later. I meet and exceed the minimum building codes as many minimum codes are adequate for low cost housing but not for median and luxury quality homes. I want to make sure the work I perform is to the highest standards in the building industry.
