Pricing depends on the scope of work, duration, complexity, materials' requirements, and any direct or indirect expenses associated with it including taxes, permits, and others.
We make our best effort to be as competitive as possible, covering the following elements:

b. Quality materials, consumables, tools, and products that we can guarantee
c. A reasonable allowance to operate responsibly

- Warranty -
We offer 90-day to 1 year warranty for labor in small projects. For remodeling we offer 1 year. Parts and equipment are covered by manufacturer's warranty.

For members of our ServiceBeaver preferred program we offer 1 year labor warranty on all services. Details of our warranties are available upon request. See less
