    08 Sep, 2025 As a repeat customer, I knew exactly what to expect when Pressure & Soft Washing w/ CAP, showed up, all of the details worked out, a contract sent, signed and returned. Brian is a great businessman, and knows his craft. I missed a season, so my house was looking pretty untidy. He showed up and went to work and at the conclusion of the job, the house looked perfect with no stains, mold on the siding. A job well done. I highly recommend Pressure & Soft Washing w/ CAP, they are awesome

    03 Jul, 2024 Brian and Katie were very friendly and yet professional in all aspects of our project— from communications to punctuality, meeting their deadline, soft washing our house , fence, rock path, concrete and painted back porch and deck. They sanded and painted our metal patio table and our two rocking chairs. All looked bright and new when they finished, and we’ll keep them in mind for additional work we need to have done.

They not only took care of over 4 years of dirt and grime on our home, but did our entire deck to include the furniture, the front porch, a portion of the roof, the brick, and the sidewalks and vinyl railings look like new! Locally owned and veterans supporting veterans. Top Notch Service!!
