    01 Feb, 2017 We had a complete tear out and replacement of our roof. The price was fair and they did a great job. But, what is most impressive was the continual communication and oversight from the owner as well as pictures to update us on the actual progress. The owner went by the house a number of times to check and double check the work. He was very honest and there were no surprises during the process. I have worked with a lot of contractors and have never found one to have such exceptional communication and customer service skills. Thank you for the terrific experience!

    23 Jan, 2017 I contacted Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling to handle my kitchen remodeling project. I wanted new cabinets, new granite counter tops and new flooring. I was very impressed with the owner’s experience and knowledge and the honest recommendations he made. I hired them and they did a terrific job! The crew stayed on schedule and I believe I was given a very fair price. I am very happy with my new kitchen and would not hesitate to hire Jack for another project!

    02 Aug, 2021 My roof was replaced & completed 3-12-19. . Soon after completion we had rain & I had a leak. The leak was on a interior wall in the Arizona room & the other side of the wall is in my garage. When it leaks from rain…the interior wall in the Arizona room looks like a water feature. I never had a leak with the original roof. Now with the most recent rain I had the water feature wall again. I contacted Mr Crook & asked him if he could help me.. His response was one word ‘NO’. .
