I’m Not a Licensed Contractor!

With the use of a Front Loader, Backhoe, Box Scraper and Rear Blade, I provide tractor operations to include: loadng, trenching and digging, grading, spreading, terracing.

With the use of a 14’x8’ Dump Trailer, I provide hauling operations to include: hauling building materials dirt, sand, gravel, road base and lumber. I also load, remove and dispose of landscaping and demolition derbris (non toxic and non hazardous) at the local landfill site.

Basic Carpentry: I repair fencing and gates. Repair and replace wood cabinet; crown molding; base boards; wooden window and door casing, and trim. Remove and/or install windows and doors.

Concrete Work: I frame, pour and finish small concrete pads; sidewalks; stairs.

General Metal Work: I perform minor fabrication/welding/cutting, etc. I also repair metal and chain-link fencing and gates, as well as, I install security doors and gates.

Minor Plumbing: I remove/ replace/repair facets. Repair toilets. Repair/replace waterlines and fittings within residential/location (Shark bite, PEX and Copper); Repair yard sprinkler systems.

Minor Electrical: I remove/replace light fixtures; switches and electrical outlets, cover plates. I install smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms.

Drywall: I repair/replace drywall to include, taping, mudding and texturing affected area.

Flooring Coverings: Remove/replace small areas of flooring, e.g. washrooms, bathrooms, kitchens.

Power Washing surfaces.

Change Florescence and Standard Lightbulbs.
