    16 Sep, 2024 An elderly couple who don’t speak English asked me to call Heritage on September 16, 2024, to schedule an inspection. The male operator said he could only speak with the homeowner and suggested using a third-party translator, but couldn’t clarify what qualifies as legitimate. He refused to help further, stating I questioned his logic. This response was unhelpful and shocking, especially since online booking options work fine. Why rely solely on a phone call for verification?
