$75 Hardwood Floor ConsultationThe cost of this consultation will be deducted from the cost of the job if accepted. Customers will receive a comprehensive consultation that includes an evaluation of hardwood flooring conditions, testing for wax residue, recommendations for hardwood preservation, measurements, a summary of the restoration process, and an estimate for the job.

Hardwood Floor CleaningOur hardwood floor cleaning process uses a professional buffer and floor cleaner to restore your floors to their original sheen. This process removes deep oils and soil and then buffs out the finish.

Wax Removal (Floor Polish Removal)This process uses a professional emulsifier to dissolve the wax, allowing it to be fully extracted and removed from the floor. On site finished floors, we also require a screen and recoating due to the wear of the hardwood floor that is likely underneath the wax coating.

Screen and RecoatingThis one day process preps and adds a permanent polyurethane finish to the floors preserving them and restoring them. Homeowners can select the sheen they would like to use from ultra matte to glossy.
