Sizing Guide: Hallway - Large Counts as one area, Small hallways are FREE 1 average 14x14 bedroom or under - Counts as 1 Area Living Room Medium - A medium size living room the size of two bedrooms put together counts as 2 areas. Living Room Large - A larger living room the size of three bedrooms put together counts as 3 areas.

Add On - Pet Treatment Per Area - Free Black Light Inspection
Our pet treatment process is second to none. We provide a free black light inspection upon request in order to locate and treat any pet urine issues in the home. Our process not only treats the surface but also treats the urine that has penetrated the subfloor. Urine Contamination greater than 40% of that area will be billed at a different rate.
