Topical Deodorizer Spray For Pet Urine in Rooms/AreasContaminated areas are identified with a bright black light. Then a topical deodorizer spray is applied generously to each spot. Fibers are soaked with a topical quality deodorizer and then thoroughly rinsed with hot water extraction after 10 minutes of dwell time. If needed a post-application deodorizer is applied for enhanced odor control at no addental charge.

Deep Soaking Carpet and Pad Urine RemovalThis treatment is recommended for larger areas that have been heavily contaminated by urine. We perform a deep saturation of the affected carpet and padding using a specialized solution and hot water, followed by a thorough extraction to remove contaminants and odors at the source. This service is priced by the gallon. One gallon typically treats approximately a 2-square-foot area or multiple concentrated spots. If you’re unsure how many gallons may be needed, our technician will determine the appropriate amount during the on-site odor assessment.
