Pet Stains / Odor - $40 - $70 - Per area - Please read.Most pet accidents fall in the $40-70 per area range, depending on how deep and widespread the urine is. We use UV light to locate every stain, then apply targeted treatments with products that are safe for families and pets when used as directed to remove both odor and staining. In severe cases with heavy saturation or many spots in one room, additional product and time may be needed. When that happens, we’ll show you what we see under UV light and confirm the exact price on-site before we start.
