Additional rooms (up to 200 sf) are $40.00 per room. Over 200sf is 38¢ per sf. Most Spotting is included with the exception of Pet Odors/Stains and Red Stain Removal. There is a minimum charge of $100.00 per cleaning done on any visit to the property.

Stairway Carpet CleaningWe hand clean each step on your stairway. Price includes up to 12 steps. Additional steps are $3 per step. Extra wide steps are $4 per step. Landings are $6 additional each.
