Urine Decontamination For CATSAS WITH ALL TREATMENTS - YOU (THE OWNER OF THE HOME/OCCUPANT) MUST REMOVE THE SOURCE. If the urine extends behind the wall you must have a contractor remove the damaged area. If the cat has damaged upholstery consider having it professionally cleaned or replaced. We will address what is in the carpet. If other areas remain without remediation. It is highly unlikely you will have success in removing the malodorous scent in the area. CAT URINE IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM DOG URINE! Our process is not a "splash and dash" process. The level of urine that needs to be address is different for everyone therefor time will vary from one client to the next. . . We use commercial products not available to consumers for this application. Several are employed to achieve the best possible results. This Treatment "excludes" shag/ wool/silk products as well as area rugs. After the dwell time has been reached, it is then flushed outward from the carpet backing up and out of the carpet. This is a very different process from normal extraction as it’s intended goal is to reach the padding and neutralizing the contamination. Our process IS time consuming and may on average require several hours per room depending on severity of soiling. *The rate for this treatment covers a large room up to 200 sq.ft. maximum. UPHOLSTERY EXCESSIVE - PET HAIR REMOVAL per linear footCleaning upholstery fabric is one thing and hair removal is quite another. Generally, there are various types of debris that can be found on/in upholstery. Anything from money, toys, keys to food. Most can be vacuumed or removed by hand without any problem. Pet hair, on the other hand, can be removed but it is a more labor-intensive task and can take over an hour per sofa because a majority of it will be removed manually. The hair can contribute to the smell and oily residue on the fabric. Removing pet hair is tedious and very time consuming. It gets into the cushions, the arm rest and all panels and pillow. Generally compromising the vacuum internal components which may have to be treated after as a result. We will painstakingly try to remove every visible hair we can find utilizing various tools removing it section by section. This process is effective so long as the source is not present in the room/area. This is a measure that will greatly assist in the cleaning process to refresh the fabric. This is added to the cleaning linear foot rate option if you are not removing the pet hair yourself prior to us cleaning the upholstery.

Specialty - Stains and Minor OdorsWe can not guarantee stain removal. But we carry a variety of specialized tools and remedies that may considerably improve the carpets appearance. These are specialty removers and equipment used to remove stains beyond the scope of spotting. Ie: ink, blood [considered a bio-hazzard] paint, graphite etc. Generally stains larger than a quarter derived from organic or inorganic sources. Some of these products are generally not eco-friendly/organic or green when used, but every attempt will be made to remove and extract any residue after said products use. They are solely implemented to remedy the stubborn removal of soil in the carpet. THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR REMEDIATION PROCESS. *These are our current rate for 2021 The specific set of circumstances that surround the malodor may require the removal and replacement of the: Carpeting, vent covers, blinds, ceiling fans, all air filters and professional cleaning of the cabinetry in the home. Depending on the years the malodor has been present the removal of popcorn/textured ceilings and painting may also be required. Which will require additional contractors which “you” must hire. Odor removal requires the removal of the source before treating. Those additional certified contractors and services are billed by the respective services, and they are NOT connected with Cardinal Organic. Once they have completed their work to satisfactory standards, then Cardinal Organic’s ODOR REMEDIATION PROCESS will commence. If it determined the carpet is to remain, it must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at an additional cost as well as add an additional day to the remediation process. All new accounts: A 75% nonrefundable deposit required before work is to commence. Once the deposit has cleared the remediation will commence the following evening. The remaining 25% is due upon the day the job is completed. Net 30 payments for subsequent remediation at the current property or sister property managed by the same group/owner. Absolutely NO ONE is allowed or permitted announced or unannounced [including the owners/management or their designees], in the work area to watch, oversee, absolutely no recording by any methods. No Video recorders, camera phones, surveillance cameras, film cameras, digital cameras or audio recorders of any kind permitted to record CARDINAL ORGANIC’s remediation process. The client will be liable for any theft of equipment used to remediate the premises as the process often involves round the clock or overnight processing. IT MUST BE SECURE, and access limited to CARDINAL ORGANIC ONLY while remediation is in progress. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. Regardless If they are moved without authorization, they will be considered compromised and YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THEIR REPLACMENTS AS WELL! To include physical hardware and chemistry used to remediate. Only AN AUTHORIZED TECHNICIAN IS ALLOWED TO HANDLE AND ADMINISTER THE REMIDATION PROCESS IN THE AREA BEING TREATED. We have several tools and procedures that can be implemented in the course of removing malodor. Each situation presents its own challenges and the remedy and course of action is dependent on severity. If we deem it best to continue with the service, It is a process that must be done thoroughly to the best of our ability. This includes cracking, swelling behavior, water damages from entrances, bathrooms kitchen appliances, potted plants, laundry rooms, and sinks where ever they may be in proximity to the wood floors. Scratches from pets, furniture or dropped items and footwear that may have dented, scuffed, or damaged the finish that exposes the fiberboard. We then apply a wood floor refinisher to revitalize your finished hardwood floors with a durable water based urethane coating that revitalizes dull floors for a refinished new wood floor. *ALL AREAS AND PATHWAYS SHOULD BE CLEAR WHEN APPLYING THIS FINISH. THIS IS APPLIED AT ONCE. NO STOPPING, LET DRY TO CONTINUE AGAIN. Our powerful extractor works well with any wood type. Labor RateAs of 07/2023 The rate applies for a minimum of 1 hour of service. Solely applicable to Carpet or Upholstery Cleaning. May involve attempts in large stain removal regarding carpet and "minor" odor remediations which require specialty cleaners. Time starts once onsite with acknowledgement sent to the email on record. Walk through, set up and break down are part of the process. There will be no movement of furniture by the technician. Unless the furniture is what we are contracted to clean. It is up to the owner/renter of the home to move their items out of the rooms to be cleaned. All closed doors are considered off limits. *NO ODOR CONTROL **ODOR REMEDIATION ARE SEPARATE PROCESSES AND CAN NOT BE COMBINED.
