Professional Service VisitA Propertifix technician will visit your property, assess your repair or maintenance needs, answer your questions, and provide recommended solutions with one exact flat upfront price before any work starts. The $49 Professional Service Visit fee is collected at booking and credited in full toward any work you approve. If you decide not to move forward after the on-site quote, the $49 is the only cost of the visit. Repairs, labor, and materials are priced separately in that flat quote — the $49 is not the total price of your job. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours — or if we arrive and can't get in — the $49 is non-refundable.
