Professional Service Visit - $49

A professional Propertifix technician will visit your property, discuss your repair or maintenance needs, visually review the accessible conditions, answer your questions, and explain the recommended next steps. When the scope can be determined through a visual review, the technician will provide upfront repair pricing for your approval. A $49 deposit is collected when you book to reserve your visit. Ideal For: * Individual or multiple repair requests * General property maintenance * Tenant maintenance requests * Doors, drywall, trim, fixtures, and other handyman repairs * Problems requiring an initial professional review * Customers who are unsure which service they need Your Professional Service Visit Includes: * Scheduling and dispatch * Travel to the property * Technician arrival * Initial consultation * Visual review of visible and accessible conditions * General repair recommendations * Upfront repair pricing when the scope can be visually determined * Opportunity to approve repairs during the visit The Professional Service Visit Does Not Include: * Repair labor * Materials * Hands-on troubleshooting * Diagnostic testing * Dismantling or disassembly * Removal of access panels * Opening walls or ceilings * Specialty inspections * Permits * Specialty equipment * Disposal services What Happens Next * Our technician arrives for your Professional Service Visit. * We review the work on-site and give you your estimate with upfront pricing during the visit. * Approve the estimate and pay your project deposit, and we will schedule your work. Labor Pricing One-technician labor is $159 per hour with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, labor is billed in 30-minute increments at $79.50. If two technicians are required for safety, lifting, access, or efficiency, the two-technician labor rate is $299 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at $149.50. Materials Materials are charged separately. Material pricing includes purchasing, handling, and transportation. If materials must be obtained during the appointment, the purchasing and travel time is considered billable labor. Diagnostic Work If hands-on troubleshooting, testing, dismantling, or other diagnostic work is required, the technician will explain the process and obtain your approval before beginning. Approved diagnostic work is billed at the applicable labor rate. Important Service Terms The $49 Professional Service Visit deposit is collected at the time of booking and reserves your visit. The $49 visit deposit is charged once per scheduled visit, remains due whether or not additional work is approved, and is not credited toward labor, repairs, diagnostic work, or materials. The deposit is nonrefundable once the technician arrives, unless otherwise required by law. No repair, diagnostic service, or other billable work will begin without customer authorization.
