      Service Description: The Half-Day Repair Block reserves a Propertifix technician exclusively for your property for up to four (4) hours. This service is designed for customers who have a defined list of repairs or maintenance tasks and want multiple items completed efficiently in one visit. Common services may include: • Drywall repairs and patching • Door adjustments and hardware installation • Fixture replacements (lights, fans, switches) • Minor plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, leaks) • Caulking, sealing, and general home maintenance • Punch list items for move-in, move-out, or property preparation All work will be completed based on priority and feasibility within the scheduled time. ⸻ Payment & Booking Requirement: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your service time. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Typical uses include: • Full property punch list completion • Move-in or move-out repairs • Multiple room maintenance and improvements • Fixture installations and upgrades • Preventative maintenance and sealing • General home repair projects All work is completed based on priority and within the scheduled time frame. ⸻ Payment & Booking Requirement: A $300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your service time. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
