Initial Service CallBook a licensed electrician to come out, diagnose your issue, and get to work. Your $249 service call covers the trip out and the first hour of on-site labor — including troubleshooting and diagnosis — so you're not paying separately to find the problem and fix it. If the work runs beyond the first hour, additional labor is billed at our standard rate, and any parts, materials, or permits are quoted before we proceed. Our electrician will walk you through what's needed and get your approval before doing anything that goes past the service call. Common reasons to book a service call: dead outlets or switches, tripping breakers, flickering lights, fixture or fan installs, panel concerns, GFCI issues, and general "something's not working right" diagnostics.
