Exterior Window Cleaning - Single Story HomesProfessional exterior window cleaning for single-story residential homes. Service includes cleaning of exterior glass surfaces and frames to remove dirt, dust, pollen, water spots, and environmental buildup, helping restore clarity and curb appeal. Base price is $99.00 and includes up to 15 standard residential windows that are safely accessible from ground level. This service is limited to: • Single-story homes only • Exterior glass and frame cleaning only • Standard residential windows accessible without ladders This service does not include: • Homes with more than 15 windows • Interior window cleaning • Hard water stain removal • Paint, adhesive, silicone, or construction debris removal • French panes, divided-light windows, or excessive grids • Storm windows • Skylights • Windows requiring ladder access • Screens requiring extensive cleaning or repair Each individual window opening counts as one window regardless of window style. Window tracks, sills, and screens receive a light wipe-down when accessible but are not considered a deep-cleaning service. Final pricing is subject to on-site verification of window count, accessibility, window type, and condition. If the property contains more than 15 windows or requires specialty cleaning services, additional charges may apply. Any pricing adjustments will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Residential Trash Can CleaningEliminate odors, bacteria, grime, and residue from your residential trash and recycling bins. Our cleaning process removes built-up debris and helps restore a cleaner, fresher container. Service includes pressure washing and rinsing of the interior and exterior surfaces of standard residential curbside containers. Pricing is based on standard residential trash and recycling bins up to 96 gallons. Excessive contamination, hazardous materials, construction debris, paint, chemicals, or biohazardous waste are not included and may require additional charges or service refusal. Final pricing is subject to on-site verification. Any pricing adjustments will be discussed and approved before service begins.

Oil & Grease Stain TreatmentProfessional treatment of oil, grease, transmission fluid, and other petroleum-based stains on concrete surfaces such as driveways, garage aprons, parking areas, and walkways. This service uses specialized cleaners and surface treatment methods designed to break down and lift embedded oil and grease contamination from concrete. Results vary depending on the age of the stain, the type of contaminant, the condition and porosity of the concrete, and previous cleaning attempts. Pricing is based on the size and severity of the affected area. Please note: Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Older stains may have permanently penetrated the concrete and may only be lightened rather than fully removed. Multiple treatments may be required for heavily stained areas. This service is intended for concrete surfaces only. Surface cleaning of the surrounding area is not included unless specifically selected as an additional service. Our goal is to achieve the greatest possible improvement while protecting the integrity of the surface being treated.
