Receiving A Booking Confirmation:
When you book online you will receive an initial automated confirmation.
Once your booking has been reviewed directly, you will then receive the Work Order/Invoice as the final confirmation.
If there are any questions, we will contact you by phone or email.

Note Changes To Your Booking Request:
In the Message section, leave any details if different from your initial booking or any information we should know (specialty fabric type, size difference, amount of pet stains etc).
We will adjust the quote accordingly and send you a Quote/Estimate to be approved by you or will reach out to you by phone to receive a verbal approval of any changes before confirming the booking.

Consultation Description: Professional will meet you at your home to discuss the scope of work. Technician will consult with you to determine, cleaning method, moving furniture, and price. Upon consultation, quote will be prepared and sent by email/text. Description: Prep areas. Pre-spray treatment applied. Pre-scrub grout lines with gecko wand. High-performance, truck-mounted tile & grout deep-cleaning with Mytee Orbital, Rotovac 360, and/ or Hybrid Tile Spinner or other equipment depending on tile type. Commercial dryer fans used for quick drying. Sealant applied. Customer Preparation: Pick up any personal belongings off floor. Please remove any fragile items or electronics from furniture being moved. (Please see terms and conditions for furniture policy). Please secure all pets prior to services. Please allow 1 hour after sealant application to dry on flooring before walking on area. Areas can be dry within 40 minutes from application. However, sealant requires 24 hours to completely cure. While sealant is curing, avoid heavy traffic and moving furniture. For showers, allow 24 hours for sealant to completely cure before use.
