Same-Day Handyman Service (On-Demand)Need a repair or small project handled today? Our Same-Day Handyman Service is designed for urgent home repairs, maintenance issues, and small projects that require fast, professional attention. This service is ideal for homeowners, tenants, realtors, and property managers who need reliable help without waiting days or weeks. ⸻ What This Service Includes • Same-day arrival based on availability • Professional handyman service performed on-site • Completion of approved repairs and tasks during the scheduled visit • Clear communication and approval before any additional work is performed ⸻ Service & Pricing Structure • Same-Day Service Fee: $49 (required to schedule and dispatch) • Labor is billed based on time and scope of work performed • Materials are charged separately Exact pricing is determined on-site after reviewing the requested tasks. ⸻ Material Procurement Policy If materials are required and not supplied by the customer, we can handle sourcing and retrieval for you. • A $25 material procurement fee applies per material run • Labor time does not accrue during material procurement • Any additional material runs require customer approval prior to proceeding Customers may avoid this fee by supplying all required materials before the appointment. ⸻ Important Notes & Disclaimers • This service is intended for small to medium same-day repairs, not full renovations or multi-day projects • Pricing does not include materials, specialty parts, or permit fees • Additional work outside the initial request must be approved before proceeding • Unforeseen conditions (hidden damage, code issues, or structural concerns) may require a separate estimate or rescheduling ⸻ Looking to Get More Done? Use this option to submit a maintenance request for an existing managed property, including repairs, unit turns, inspections, or approved maintenance items. Requests submitted through this option are reviewed, scoped, and scheduled according to your service agreement and approval process. ⸻ Who This Is For • Licensed property management companies • Asset managers and portfolio managers • Landlords or investors already onboarded with Propertifix � This service is not available to homeowners or non-onboarded clients. ⸻ What’s Included • Maintenance request intake • Scheduling coordination • On-site evaluation (when required) • Scope confirmation and approval workflow ⸻ Pricing Pricing is based on your existing service agreement, approved rates, or per-job authorization. HALF-DAY HANDYMAN SERVICE (4 HOURS)Service Description This service reserves a Propertifix technician for up to four (4) consecutive hours to complete multiple handyman or maintenance tasks during one visit. Work is performed based on your prioritized task list and completed in order of importance within the reserved time block. This option is ideal for customers with several small-to-mid-size repairs who want efficient, predictable service without hourly guesswork. ⸻ Best For • Punch lists • Multiple small repairs • Rental unit maintenance • Move-in / move-out items • Homeowners with several tasks ⸻ What’s Included • One technician reserved for up to 4 hours • Priority-based task completion • Efficient time-managed service visit ⸻ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS • This is a time-based service, not a task-based service • Completion of all tasks is not guaranteed within the 4-hour block • Unused time is not refundable • Materials may be customer-supplied or procured as needed • Time spent on material procurement or required store visits is included in the reserved service time • Materials, parts, specialty tools, and permits are billed separately • Additional time requires approval and availability • Structural work, major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or permit-required work may require a separate estimate
