Pet TreatmentThis includes stage 3 pet treatment prior to cleaning carpets. Price per room is for sizes up to 125 square feet. Each room over 125 square feet will be considered two rooms. We will do an inspection prior to starting to determine level of contamination using a high-powered UV light. No 100% guarantee of complete elimination of Pet urine. In the case of heavily stained carpets. Urine may also be in padding resulting in re-occurring stains to appear in carpets after dry times. Sub-surface tool extraction will minimize this from happening, but depending upon the saturation level of the pad and sub-floor there is always a chance that the staining underneath may resurface after dry times.
