Create Work Orders, Schedule jobs for your team & Record work details.

  1. Login to your Markate account.
  2. Click ‘Work Orders‘ from the menu.

A) Create a new Work Order

Step 1: Click ‘New Work Order‘.

Step 2: Fill in Work Order details on ‘New Work Order‘ page.

Step 3: Click ‘Save‘.

You can view all Work Orders on ‘Work Orders‘ page.

B) Schedule & Assign Work Order to employees

Step 1: Click ‘Schedule & Assign‘ from Work Order view.

Step 2: ‘Set Up an Appointment’ pop up appears. Select ‘Work Order‘ from the drop-down and Mark ‘Assigned to‘ checkbox for employees you want to assign. Fill in other necessary details.

Step 3: Click ‘Confirm‘.

Step 4: ‘Appointment successfully created’ pop up appears. Add Appointment to ‘Google/iCal/Outlook calendar‘ or click ‘Close‘.

You can view assigned Work orders on Team Calendar. To filter Work Orders by the employee, Mark check boxes for particular employees.

C) Change the status of Work Order

Step 1: Click ‘Change Status‘ from Work Order view.

Step 2: On ‘Update Status’ pop up, you can change Work Order Status from the ‘Status‘ drop-down.

Step 3: Click ‘Submit‘.

You can view statuses log here.

D) Log Time for Work Order

Step 1: Click ‘Log Time‘ from Work Order view.

Note: You can Log Time only after you have Scheduled & Assigned the Work Order.

Step 2: Fill in necessary details on ‘New log Time‘ form.

Step 3: Click ‘Save‘.

You can view Time Log in ‘Time Log‘ section on Work Order view.
