Add Employees and provide them App access

Let’s check step by step how to add new Employees and allow them to access Service Technician app.

Step 1: Login to your Markate  account.

Step 2: Go to More > Employees

Step 3: Click +New Employee

Step 4: Enter Employee’s information and Save it.

Now, the employee will receive an email/SMS that he/she has been added to your business network. Here is the sample email,

Step 5: Once saved, you will see App Access on the Employee page. Click it.

Step 6: Set a password for the employee and click Save.

The Employee will get an email/SMS for Login details to access the Service Technician app. Here is the sample email,

Step 7: You can anytime suspend/active employee or change password for him/her. A suspended employee will not be able to access app.

Step 8: Check out Time Log Summary, Time Log Details and track employees’ location from these tabs.
